PREFACE: The following guidelines apply only to individuals not acting in the interest or on behalf of a company or corporation. Any company who is interested in using any of my intellectual property in any way, shape, or form -- especially for commercial purposes -- MUST contact me personally for permission.

I do not consent to any of my intellectual property being used in the training of AI or otherwise aiding in any generative AI technology. Furthermore, I do not consent to my art being used in NFTs or any related block chain and cryptocurrency settings.

GENERAL POLICY: Anything you make based on my work or characters must be non-commercial and provide clear credit. "Clear credit" entails a link back to my website, any of my socials, and/or the original work being referenced.

If you wish to use my work or property in a commercial project, please contact me first with details of what you plan to do and I will let you know on a case-to-case basis whether or not I am okay with it.

These rules apply to all of the following policies. "Free Use", "Free to Use", or "Free to Do" all mean "You are free to use this asset or idea non-commercially and with credit unless otherwise stated."

REPOSTING POLICY: Please do not repost my artwork to any website or social media platform without my permission, unless it is deemed "free to use".

If the artwork was a commission or a gift, you are free to upload it wherever with proper credit. This includes Art Fight attacks.

Art that you have drawn that includes my characters may be freely uploaded anywhere. Tag me! I'd love to see.

SECONDARY FANWORKS: There is no need to ask for permission to create fan art, fan fiction, or other non-commercial works based off of my work or characters. Please send it to me!! I would be so happy to see what you come up with!

MISC USAGE: You may use my artwork for personal usage, such as printing it out, using in a moodboard, or anything else you might want to use it for. If you are using it as a banner or avatar/icon, I just ask that you credit me somewhere on your page!
